We offer Super Heated Water Sterilizer for sterilization of large volume infusion/parenteral solutions packed in glass/plastic containers, JS. J3. Vanchal & S»i has designed superheated water forced circulation with spray distribution system. The key feature of these sterilizers is overpressure counterbalancing inside containers during sterilization avoiding any cracking or breaking, leakage and deformation on plastic products Uniform and homogeneous heating of load assuring gradual, but rapid, reaching of sterilization temperature which is maintained inside the chamber and the product during sterilization phase. Closed system for spray water to cool the product. Water for spraying becomes sterile with load performance of sterilization cycle in short times with low consumptions by reusing deionized water several i rimes and by recovery of condensate and cooling water.
